Key Milestones in Xinzhou's Manufacturing Growth
2003
Officially registered Ningbo Yinzhou Xinzhou Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. and established a long-term strategic partnership with AUX Group.
2006
Relocated to a new manufacturing facility and officially renamed the company to Ningbo Xinzhou Welding Equipment Co., Ltd.
2009
Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
2014
Acquired 55 acres of land in Tongxiang, Zhejiang, to invest in and construct Zhejiang Yizhou Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
2017
Zhejiang Yizhou Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, with annual sales reaching 120 million RMB.
2020
In July, Yizhou's Phase II new facility (66 acres) was officially put into operation. In the same year, Ningbo Xinzhou's Phase II factory (12,932 square meters) was constructed and put into use.
